Transasia Papers India makes available information and materials on its website www.transasiapapers.com subject to the following terms and conditions. Your use of www.transasiapapers.com constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the site. Transasia Papers India reserves the right to update these terms periodically without prior notice.
In these Terms and Conditions, the user of the website is referred to as “you” or “your” and the provider of the website is referred to as “Transasia Papers India”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.
Workshop Registrations
All workshop registrations are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Please read the following carefully before registering.
Tax Invoices
If you’ve registered for a Paper Fan Club event and would like the GST Tax Invoice for your booking, write to finance@thepaperfanclub.com with your Booking ID, Name and Billing Address from the email id you used for registering for the event. Our finance team will share an e-invoice with you via email, within 24-48 hours.
Cancellations by the participant
Registrations for the event are not eligible for a refund. To cancel a registration, write to us at events@thepaperfanclub.com with your booking reference.
Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional charge, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the event. Write to us at events@thepaperfanclub.com with your booking reference number, new participant’s name, email address, and phone number.
Cancellations by Paper Fan Club
In the event that a workshop is cancelled or postponed by Paper Fan Club, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a full refund or a transfer to the rescheduled date. Transasia Papers India is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants in connection with a cancelled or postponed event. We will make every effort to assist you with any queries relating to a cancellation or postponement.
Event-specific terms
Certain events may have specific terms and conditions that differ from the general policy outlined here — including different cancellation windows, refund terms, or eligibility criteria. Where this is the case, the event-specific terms are listed on the individual event page and take precedence over this general policy. Please read the event page carefully before registering.
Refunds
If a refund is applicable under the terms above, the amount will be credited to your original payment method — credit card, debit card, or net banking account — within 7 working days of the refund being processed. Please note that we depend on your bank or card issuer to complete the credit to your account. We are not liable for any delays on the bank’s end once the refund has been released from our side.
Paper Sample Requests
Sample requests are fulfilled at the discretion of the Transasia Papers team. Samples are provided free of charge and are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have not received your samples within 10 working days of your request, write to us at samples@transasiapapers.com.
Intellectual Property
The trademarks “Transasia Papers”, “Transasia Papers India”, “The Paper Fan Club” and “Paper Fan Club” are proprietary to Transasia Papers India. The website www.transasiapapers.com and all content including text, images, graphics, logos, and illustrations are created and owned by Transasia Papers India unless otherwise stated.
Any copying, reproduction, publication, display, or use of any content or intellectual property from this website, whether in part or in full, without the prior written permission of Transasia Papers India is prohibited and will be considered a violation of our intellectual property rights.
Inaccuracies
We endeavour to present accurate and up-to-date information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when information — including event details, pricing, or availability — may contain errors or inaccuracies. Any such errors are unintentional. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice.
In the event that a workshop is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, Transasia Papers India reserves the right to cancel the registration and issue a full refund, whether or not the registration has been confirmed and payment has been processed.
Limitation of Liability
Transasia Papers India does not warrant that the function or operation of this website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available will be free of viruses or other harmful elements. Access to and use of this website is at your own risk. Transasia Papers India shall not be liable for damages of any kind related to your use of or inability to access this website.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Transasia Papers India, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your use of this website.
